CONCEPT
The Uma is conceptualized based on the objective of providing a place for people to eat, unwind and simply have quality time with friends and families in a relaxing environment.
The restaurant incorporates contemporary yet elegant design on the ground floor, and a more relax lesehan-styled outdoor-inspired design on the first floor. Lesehan is the term used in Indonesia refering to sit-on-the-floor and eat culture unique of the Balinese and Javanese.
Clad in Balinese traditional attires, our wait staffs are trained to provide attentive, cheerful and sincere services in the spirit of politeness in the Balinese culture.
