The Uma kitchen is determined to dishing out only authentic Balinese cuisine in its most traditional & original presentation, so much so that the bamboo stick required for the making of "sate lilit" is imported from Bali.
Our house specialty is "Nasi Ratus", an individual serving set menu consisting of a main dish, 2 meat condiments, 3 vegetable condiments, 2 sambals and Balinese rice.
We serve pork in the restaurant in addition to poultries and seafood, a common food consumed by 95% of the Balinese who are of the Hindu-Dharmaism faith.
